What does it mean when a guy loves you but leaves your relationship hanging?

what exactly do you mean by leaves your relationship hanging? like as in he leaves the relationship? if thats what you mean then it could be a number of things, he could not want a relationship at the moment or something like he could think it would be hard if you can't see each other as much as he wants to...not really sure what you were trying to ask but if i didn't answer your question right let me knoww and ill try again :)
