I sometimes use zamzar.com

:)

Simply post the link, and they email you the song.

If you have QuickTime Pro, you can click on the menu Export and then Audio to Wav. Then open the file in iTunes, and click convert to AAC. Then you have a song that can go on your iPhone (or burn to CD)

I would use a program called Adobe Soundbooth. I can do it for free if you'd like but its 3:30am right now so I won't be able to do it until tomorrow cause I'm super tired. But I'm willing to help you as soon as I wake up. : )
