why would you? there's nothing to pay taxes on if you've never worked.
or if you meant- I've never filed taxes before...
then go to www.IRS.gov, and print out a 1040EZ form. they're easy to fill out, hence the name. then it'll give you an address to mail it to. in addition, you get a slip from the company you work for that states your yearly earnings, and what's been deducted from your pay. most of the time, you get your money back if you make less than thirty K a year.
