Do guys really care about how big your boobs are?
because my boyfriends best friend always makes a comment about how small mine are and that i need bigger ones. but my boyfriend doesnt say much about them

No. I personally like girls with a smaller chest, it looks natural and even.
Your boyfriend's best friend is an @$$. Leave him be. If he wants a major pain in the back, as my wife says, give him as size 38 DDD bra and tell hime to get a boob job.
