Question Posted Thursday November 5 2009, 6:58 pm

Can you gt charged for egging someone's house?

Someone FINALLY talked to us about who egged our house 3 months ago and I'm dissapointed that they didn't tell me sooner but at least I know.

I'm sure the police can't do anything now but I just want to know.

depends on the state, and whether you're caught in the act. I caught some dudes egging my house back in 2003, and the cops couldn't do a damn thing about it. some places would call it vandalism... but my town in florida just didn't give a fuck. you could shoot them for trespassing, as long as they're on your property. thats really it... it'd be a misdemeanor at most if the cops caught their asses red-handed.
