You're not unhealthy, you're a teenager, new things are happening, hormones and stress and environmental aspects all affect the way you eat, gain or lose weight. Now 125 isn't a bad weight at all! I am 5'4 and I weigh 135! I don't think I look half bad so I doubt that you don't have a nice slim, sexy body!
I see that you told me you eat fast food once a DAY. now, you might want to slow it down a little bit on that part. Fast food is fast for a reason. It is just dipped in a pool of oils and grease for a couple minutes, fried and calorie-pumped to perfection. Don't get me wrong, I'm a fast food fanatic but sadly, the big mac is something I had to sacrifice to keep getting into my favorite jeans.
What you want to eat to keep that "full" feeling is high fiber foods
"research shows that high-fiber foods are processed slower and last longer in the stomach, resulting in a feeling of fullness long after they have been eaten."
This is almost all fruits, (your bananas are perfect), vegetables, cereals, beans, and seeds (I know that doesn't sound too appealing...) but looing great is worth losing the weight!
Bread isn't really too good, and very fattening unless it is WHEAT. well, I hope I helped you out at least a little bit. :) Good luck! [ Tiffanyy's advice column | Ask Tiffanyy A Question ]
