Press Ctrl + H or go to edit -> show hidden folders. Find the music folder and open it. You should now see lots of files with names like F02, F05 etc. This is how the ipod stores music. Press ctrl + A, then Ctrl + C. Open the folder you want your music saved to and then press Ctrl + V. [ Samskeyti's advice column | Ask Samskeyti A Question ]
