None of us are medically trained to know what is wrong with you without examining you and knowing your complete past health history.

My first though was that you may have genital warts, as they typically are small "lumps" on the "lips" of your vaginal area. This would mean you have contracted HPV from some source, usually from engaging in sexual intercourse or play with another person at some time (even years ago). You can contract diseases like the HPV strain for genital warts even if you use a condom.

If I were you, I would call the doctor and schedule an appointment for these lumps. If they are anything serious then they need to be treated immediately, as they may be harmful to your health.

Cysts are usually near the glands of your pubic area rather than the "lips" and fibroids are usually within the vagina more-so than the location you have describe.

I am no doctor though and, even if I was, I am unable to examine the area. You need to see someone who can tell you their professional, medical opinion and set up some treatment for whatever it may be.

Wish you well.
