Umm, how exactly how you rubbing her? o.O No, it shouldn't actually hurt. The most it should do is tingle or arouse her or something. Maybe she's just really sensitive, or her breasts could be sore/tender since, they could be developing still. Have you asked her if it hurts, or has she told you?
