I keep throwing up in my mouth...how can I make this stop?

Question Posted Wednesday September 30 2009, 4:04 pm

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone could help me out with this problem. I've recently started throwing up in my mouth more frequently. You know the way you do it every year or few years or so? Where it comes up in the back of your mouth but not enough to come out really? It kind of burns, too. Well, recently I have been doing it loads and I don't know why. Is it something to worry about? Will it go away soon? Should I see a doctor? What is this called anyway? Just throwing up in the mouth??? Help... :(

Hmm, I see. I wonder if you have reflux disease... or heart burn? My younger sibling had reflux and he had that for awhile. He went to a doctor and sort it out though. It could also be you're eating too late and going to bed. That isn't good for your digestive system. I'm no expert of course, but these are just ideas of what you might have. Heartburn also helps if you don't eat a ton of sugar before you go to bed. Try to eat 3 hours before you go to bed, that way your not lying down while your stomach is still digesting. I hope I helped. Good luck! :)
