I need advice

on a 1996 honda accord ex sedan,,I want to run a diagnotics test on it,it wont start..but i dont know where to plug my tester in at

I don't remember for sure on this one, but it seems to me that it is under the radio behind the ashtray.

Don't quote me on that one but that is where I seem to recall the Honda diagnostic port being located on that model.
