HPV (again, sorry) Turns out the guy I was with was clean, but I've been told there's no way to detect HPV in men. I do remember him telling me once he had some sort of wart on his penis, but it went away.
There's no way the first guy could have given it to me, because he was a virgin. I know there are other ways to contract HPV but genital HPV is usually transmitted through sex, no other contact. My doctor contacted me today and told me it was low-risk HPV and it should go away on its own, I'm just wondering what your ideas on the matter are?

I really didn't know there was a low risk HPV. It must be one that is maybe not passed around easily?
If that's the case its good news!
I really don't know a lot about HPV. Seems it is pretty common from what I have read.
Get yourself some paper and write down every question you can think of that you may have.
Next appointment read from that list and quiz the doctor. Don't stop until you get answers. They don't mind at all. Its so easy to forget once you get in their office. Easy to get side tracked and nervous.
I don't think you have anything to worry about.
Question that doctor though! ]
