Allergic to Soy

Question Posted Monday September 7 2009, 2:47 pm

For my sport, we have this thing called "secret sisters" where you give someone on your team a little goody-bag before a game. under 5 dollars a bag. Anyway the person Im giving to is allegic to celery, carrots, peaches, plums, cherries, and soy. Its easy to avoid the veggies and fruits but what are some snack foods that have no soy in them? We can give candy too, but we also have to be nutritional. She wrote down cheese-its are her favorite snack...but dont gold fish have soy in them? Im confused. Thanks!

I'm allergic to soy as well. And yes, goldfish does have soy in it. Cheez-its also have soy in them as well. Do you know UTZ all natural potato chips in the red and white bag? She can eat that.. there is nothing she's allergic too in that snack. There are the dollar bags and the quarter bags. You can also buy her cotton candy. No soy in there whatsoever. Soda?.. orange juice in those small boxes? Oh yeah and Humpty Dumpty chips are soy free as well. Gummy bears and gummy worms are soy free too. That's pretty much all I can think of right now...
