Surgery?

I'm a woman and I have really big, bumpy areolas. I know that's normal, but I absolutely hate it. Is there any way to fix that? Through surgery, or possibly something else?

Here you go friend, however, I do NOT recommend this. And many guys are turned on by this as well, if you are worried that a man will not think they look good.
