No retainer=teeth crooked?
I got my braces off almost 3 1/2 years go and they gave me reatainers to wear daily, then after a while only at night, then after a while only 2 nights a week. I lost my top retainer and haven't worn it in over a month. My teeth haven't seem to have shifted but I'm scared they will? Should I try to get a new one as soon as possible? or should I not bother and i'll still be ok? cuz they're really expensive!!

heeyy i might be giving you bad advice but i had to once wear retainers and i accedently threw them in the bin within the first week of wearing them. i never bought another pair and my teeth havent shifted. its just up to you if you want to risk it

hey, yes your teeth will shift. if the top wasnt so crooked to start with then they might take longer to shift... but if your top teeth were real bad then yes they will start shifting vey soon.. same for you bottom teeth.. i know their expencive, here wer i live their 450$$ !!! mm but i think if u really love your teeth you should buy it. beautiful teeth are totaly woth it! :D
