boy down the street..

their is this cute boy that is living with his grandparents a few houses down from me, we don't talk to them or anything though, but i sometimes see him out. (like once a week or something..) well, i want to talk to him. but i don't how to approach him or when to? i don't want to go up to his door, but i also don't want to walk to his house ever hour of the day. haha. any ideas?
& also, i start school on the 27th. if he was just spending the summer there, don't you think he'd go back home by now? (its august 20.) my mom thinks maybe he is going to the college that is about a mile away from our house. but i'm not sure if he is that old? but if he is younger then me, i'm not sure if i want to date him. do you think i should? he looks like exactly my type.... ?? help!?

Alright, before you jump to conclusions, get to know the guy before you decide if you want to date him or not haha. Just because he looks like your type does not mean he is. Looks can be decieving, trust me.
As for the "i want to talk to him thing" wait for him to go outside his house. and then maybe go for a run with your ipod or something or just a walk, and pass by him. You could just say, "hey, are you new?" right off the bat, or you could have a water with you otr something, and drop it, buying yourself some time, then work up the berve to say either something clever like, "i was hoping no one saw that haha." or just a simple, "hey." guys like it when you approach them first, it shows that you are confident, and confidence is always good. If you've never talked to him before, i don't think going up to his door would be such a great idea hahaa, it might be a tad bit awkward for the both of you.
and also, he MIGHT be going to college, but his school somewhere else may also start at a later time, so it wouldnt be THAT late to be staying there that long. But anything is possible.
If you think you guys might have a connection or maybe you just want to get to know him for, definetly pursue him, see what he's all about, then decide if dating would be an option. I say go for it :] take a risk, its chance :]
