temporary: try a curling iron then spray it with hair spray or find some curl holding spray in sally's or any beauity supply place near you.
permenant: go to your salon and tell them what you want. they'll make it happen

Hey I found this new hair product in Super Store but you can get it pretty much anywhere. I swear this is the easiest way and the most effective way its a curl defining product called; Pantene Style Pro-V- Curl Defining Extra Strong Hold.
This works wonders in my hair, all you have to do is take a shower, and spray it all over your hair but not too much or else when it drys it looks funny, but after you put it in you scrunch it with your hands, and you repeat the prosses till you have a nice curl going in your hair. it may take you a few minutes to get your hair to the perfect curl, but when it dries it works amazingly, I still have a bit of curl in my hair the next day. I really recomend this product.
