Call sprint or go into a store and make sure that your blackberry plan is still set up. Something went wrong with my blackberry pearl and I had to have the blackberry plan reactivated (with AT&T) otherwise it was basically just a phone..how boring..lol. They sent me a text which allowed me to get it set up on my phone(I didn't have the internet icons either). Just call sprint!
