Oh my gosh. I love Twilight. When am I going to get my own Edward? Like, if a guy isn't Edward, I'm going to dump him in a second!

Ok, I've read all the books, and I've seen the movie. Just letting you know so that you don't think I'm ignorant about the Twilight "saga".
Is it romantic? Hell no. Sure, it was an alright read, but I've read so many more romantic books and literature.
Twilight obsessions really get to me. Like, I understand you want to jump into their world, but it is called FANTASY for a reason. It is NOT real by any means. No matter how many action figures they make, how many movies they make, how many fans write fan-fiction, how many girls search for Edward, how many girls find "Edward", or whatever.
No matter HOW badly you want Twilight to be real, it is NEVER going to be real. Vampires don't exist. Edward doesn't exist. Bella doesn't exist. James and Victoria and Jacob and Mr. Swan and everyone else. THEY DO NOT EXIST.
I'll say it again: NONE OF THESE CHARACTERS EXIST. It's a book. Books aren't going to come alive. This isn't some stupid cartoon show where books come to life. This is REAL LIFE.
The longer you hold onto this stupid world of Twilight, the longer it's going to take you to realize that no guy is Edward, and you're going to dump a guy because he isn't "like Edward".
Please, for the sake of man-kind. Forget about Twilight. It isn't going to be real.
