Of course you can eat fattier foods but they dont always work and the fat can go to the wrong place. But i recently discovered that there is a workout you can do. I call them butt crunches, all you have to do is just stand up straight with your legs at least a foot apart and squat try 20-50 make sure you stay in your squat for at least 30 seconds before lifting up again. Now I know it seems like a lot but trust me its worth it and it works. The squats actually start to firm you muscles under your butt and make your butt push out more as the muscles get stronger the more your butt pushes out.
