how to cook fried rice?

like they do at chinese restaurants

i dont understand if im missing some key ingredient.

i never seem to cook it the same quality. i use soysauce and toppings of my choice (bean sprouts, egg, peas, shrimp, carrots, onions), salt, oil

what is a good brand of soy sauce and rice

And! A good soy sauce that I use is Kikkoman (Japanese..very tasty)

The Rice doesn't matter..as long as it's long grain rice and is atleast a day old, it should be fine. But, here's an idea for the brand of rice you may like:
