Working at CVS on a government program? I am new and they look down on me! Hello advicenators,
F, just turned 17.
Okay so now im working in CVS, but im being sponserd by the govetrnment, becuase I got into a program meaning that CVS doesn't personally pay me but the program does. Well anyway so im new and this is my first job. Im a very respectful young girl, I smile a lot and am very kind. So anyway I feel like they don't want me there. (Coworkers) and I feel so left out by even the manager! Becuase everyone else can be there doing stuff and like when im done with my stuff I don't know what to do. And I can't ask the manager anything becuase he scares me becuase he talks so rude to me once I told him I wanted to sign out and he was like so? Look for someone else ? Why are you telling me this? Basically he is so rude. And like I started to tear becuase I feel so leftout and lonely in that job. Other than that I like it. But that's a big prob for me. I feel like everyone looks down on me becuase im the new girl and im young without expirence. What do I do? Please help?.

Yeah, my sister had the same problem for a very long time, because she was new and unexperienced... Trust me, when you're extremely experienced you'll be just like them, you need to look down on people when you're experienced because that will make them prove themselves.
So basically you need to prove yourself in this company, and by time, by gaining experience, you will eventually prove yourself.
Good Luck =]=] ]
