Ok, so if i have this right, she broke up with you because you don't like to hold her hand? Well, thats just weird to me. I guess that means she's the type of girl who likes to have her hand held. So, shes not your type. She likes to be held and you aren't the type of guy to give her that. So find someone else! Someone who doesn't need the constant attention she needs.

Your young! You can find anyone else in the world. And maybe with your next girlfriend, you can try holding her hand every once in a while. But it doesn't have to be constant. The truth is, you can't always do exactly what every girl wants because every girl is different.

Back when I was your age, which wasn't long ago, I was, and I still really am, the same guy as you.

I was afraid to hold hands and do anything because I wanted things to be perfect and I didn't want to mess anything up.

That's ALRIGHT! So a girl broke up with you because of it. Well screw her! She broke up because you were uncomfortable with holding hands, so it's her loss as far as I'm concerned. I've had girls break up with me for not being physical enough. It sucks, I get it. But you have to move past it and realize that it doesn't matter what she thinks.

Just know that one day you'll find a girl who likes you for everything you are.

Don't change yourself; it isn't worth it. You don't have to show your feelings through holding hands; that's ridiculous. Show your feelings by doing sweet things for a girl.
