i used to work for a satellite tv company so i have some experience with this...

If the tv was working perfectly before you accidentaly unplugged it, then it might have 2 things:

1. it got shorted out, and needs repair..

or

2. it got an unexpected power surge.

if you leave it unplugged for a good 24 hours and then try to plug it in, with still no luck, it could have been shorted out and you need to call the tv manufacturer.

if it just surged, then unplugging it for a while should help.
