What is the moonwalk dance and how do you do the moonwalk like Michael Jackson?

Lots of people are talking about Michael Jackson and the moonwalk dance and I'm curious what this means. I suppose he made up some sort of dance (called the moonwalk, I assume) before he died but I don't think I heard about it before or saw it?

So, what is the moonwalk, how do you do it, and does anybody have like a video of the moonwalk dance I can watch so I understand it better?

I am sure you have seen it, you just didn't know that it was called the moonwalk
