why me? its long, sorry. please read.
So, for the past 2 months, my life has been a living hell. Well, for the most part. I waited for my current boyfriend for a long time, when he went out with another girl [who hates me by the way] he told me he never stopped liking me, and they went out for about 4 months and he ended it one night while texting me, because he wasn't happy. they were always fighting and she was cheating on him with 2 guys, one from our school, one who lives in another state. He asked me what I thought he should do, I told him, "do what mkes you happy." so ten he broek up with her. since then, for a month him and i were keeping our "liking" for eachother a secret, except for my close friends and his close friends. His ex girlfriend asked my sister the day they broke up if she thought anything was going on between him and i. my sister didnt know anything about it at the time, so she said no. then that's when it all started. his ex and i, we have some mutual friends and she turned them all against me. Then she spread nasty rumors about me, saying that I'm a homewrecker and that I told him to break up with her and that I'm a slut and all of these things that weren't true at all. People I didnt even KNOW began to hate me all because of what she was saying. So, one day I'm in the cafeteria, I go to throw out my lunch and my two friends are behind me, out f no where one of my boyfriend's exgirlfriend's friend shoved me . I was pushed backwards [my friends witnessing what happened] and i was like wtf. I didn't push back, I'm not that low and I'm not going to just start a fight, it wasn't worth it. So after she shoved me I just walked past her and gave her a look, she screamed, "dont give me a bitch LOOK" and i turned my head around and said, "I just did." then she screamed, "YOU HOMEWRECKING BITCH!" and i flipped her off. then the next day i get home and my friend tells me not to go on facebook. and I'm like, why? well, his exgirlfriend and a bunch of other people drew a picture of me being like a ghost saying i wish i was pretty and they drew my boyfriend agreeing with me, but they also drew him fat and said you suck at life and baseball. they also made notes about me and groups about me and started physically harassing me and emotionally abusing me. so I'm a confrontational person, and I consder myself a strong person, it takes ALOT to make me cry, and I cried for weeks. My boyfriend said he was dealing with it, but nothing got solved, and none of this should have been directed at me, he should be the one that they were sending their wrath after, but i got it. it doesnt make sense. well, that was when school was still here, but now that its out, she still texts him and i got mad at him, because he shouldnt want to talk to her, he says how he hates talking to her but he did anyways, so he told me he deleted her number from his phone and said that he told her they couldnt talk anymore because she just causes problems.. we have been going out for almost a month now, what do you think about all of this? thank you all so much!

well this is messy situation and i gotta give you credit for the strength and courage it took you to hold on to your sanity instead of completely losing it and fighting her...so for that WAY TO GO. people use to make rumors about me as well and i learned that if you agree with what they say even if its not true at all..they end up having nothing to say. so if they call you a slut..say yea im a slut and walk away. whatever they say..just agree with it since you dont want to get into any physical activity.another approach is sacrasm.. so if they say harsh things to you like "your a homewrecker"..something i would say is "aww thank you...i learned from the best"..or i would say "you should know all about that now shouldnt you"..but sometimes all you have to do is just wait till the fire dies off..because eventually they will find someone else's busniess to get into. i dont know if i helped but i hope i did..and i hope things for you get easier.
