I'm getting a laptop for my fifteenth birthday in August
I want one that has a built-in web cam
And one thats windows vista or HP. Or both

But can anyone give me links to a windows vista or HP laptop with built-in laptop?

If you have no links. Then stat the name is price please.

I just got this laptop a month ago, it was $560 then, it's down to $499 now, you can't beat it. It's not the best in the world, but perfect for a teenager, i'm 13 and i love it.

it has a built in webcam and it comes with some software for the webcam that has cool effect and stuff. and it's Windows Vista Home Premium.

I would suggest waiting for one with Windows 7 built in or that has XP still installed and you can download the free Windows 7 beta. Vista is really buggy and gets lots of complaints from people.

That being said, there is a wide variety of laptops from HP. Besides whether it has a webcam or not, i'm not sure what your other preferences might be as far as speed, memory, price, and other specs.
