uberlou answered Wednesday June 24 2009, 1:15 am: I would suggest waiting for one with Windows 7 built in or that has XP still installed and you can download the free Windows 7 beta. Vista is really buggy and gets lots of complaints from people.
That being said, there is a wide variety of laptops from HP. Besides whether it has a webcam or not, i'm not sure what your other preferences might be as far as speed, memory, price, and other specs.
