My facebook got disabled by facebook

Question Posted Sunday June 14 2009, 1:09 pm

My facebook got disabled by facebook because me and my friend got in a fight. I got a warning when we were in a fight but i Messaged her again to apologize. Once I did this my account got disabled. I emailed them a bunch of times and she also emailed them for me and they never answered us. Will I ever get my account back I do not want to make a new one?

According to the Facebook FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), the only thing you can do is e-mail them. That means that you've done all that you can.

If you scroll down, they let you know that going against the ToS (Terms of Service) they will disable your account. If you feel they did so in error, e-mail the address they give you from the address you used to set up your account. Explain yourself, etc.

Eventually they will get back to you letting you know whether or not you've been removed from their site for good.

Chances are, they've deleted your account for harassment and you'll have to create a new account. However, you better be really careful to follow their ToS with your next account because they may disable your account for making a second after the first was disabled.
