Raisins vs grapes

Question Posted Friday June 12 2009, 6:13 pm

I keep reading about how raisins are so healthy and raisins help you lose water weight and blah blah blah but what about grapes. I never hear about grapes other than there healthy...duh there a fruit. Are grapes not good diet foods? Cause I really dont like raisins but I love grapes.

I know, random fact, that grapes cause bloating. XD

But other than that, they're both pretty healthy for you. And what Kerry said below is true, too.

If in doubt, eat both! =]

Raisins are just dried grapes. They tend to have a higher sugar concentration than fresh grapes, and they have less vitamin C. Fresh grapes are better for you.
