iTunes and iPod Okay, so I wanted an iPod, and my friend gave me one. It's an old iPod, about 3.5 inches high, 30GB, I think the the first Video iPod. But anyway, it has tons of songs on it, like 600, and a movie, and some TV shows, and the thing works great. I have the MacBook 2007, again, works great. So, I plugged the iPod into the computer, and iTunes popped up, and it said "Brother's iPod," because that's what she called it, and has all the music and stuff under it. I need to copy it to my actual iTunes, so that when I unplug the iPod I have the music on iTunes. So first question:
1. HOW DO YOU COPY THE IPOD SONGS ONTO ITUNES?
Second thing, the movie on there is Meet the Robinsons. It's title was this: "Meet.The.Robinsons.2007.DVDRip" I want to put a DVD I have, Lord of the Rings 3, onto it. How would I do that? Like, how would I put a DVD into iTunes?
2. HOW DO YOU PUT DVDs INTO ITUNES?
So my two questions (with the scenarios) are:
1. HOW DO YOU COPY THE IPOD SONGS ONTO ITUNES?
2. HOW DO YOU PUT DVDs INTO ITUNES?
I need this ASAP. Thanks!

usually if you plug your ipod in it will say that the songs from your ipod arent in your itunes library. So it will ask if you want to transfer them. It usually says this when you go to your ipod and refresh it.
Hope this helps! =] ]
