What is the web browser that you are using? Is it Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, Google Chrome, or something else?

In Internet Explorer:
go to Tool--->Internet Option--->Security--->Custom Level--->Scroll down to "Scripting" and enable Active Scripting

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

In Firefox:
go to Tool--->Options--->Content--->Enabled Javascript

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

And do you have the website's URL? I don't think the problem is caused because you don't have your javascript enabled. Maybe something is blocking it.
