I am not an expert...but I do know this...PUSH UPS...I can't do them...I hate them...i've trained and trained for them and I still can't do one full one ....but that will do it...now how many i don't know...i just know push up's help there. The other thing at the gym there is a like an arm machine, I wanna say it's called a butterfly or something... but your arms are in the air like you are making a muscle and you pull the weights to the front and to the back and that works that area too. looks like this (closed II open I__I closed II open I__I )Maybe someone else commenting will know the name of it. Another good thing I would imagine would be bar bells (i think that's what they are called- the ones where you lye down and lift the bar with the weights on it) because they are almost like doing a push up but you are lying down. Thing is for me that is a tough area but I hear that men have more upper body strength naturally so it may work really well for you. Also doing negative weight training (like push ups) but doing the push ups on an incline, like off of a chair or off of a wall or something like that. Hope this helps :)
