another weight loss question

I am 19 years old, about 5'10 and 170 pounds. In a little over a month I am going on vacation with my boyfriend and I want to look really good in my bathing suit. I know that a month is not a lot of time, and I know not to go on a crash diet or anything. I just really need to lose some weight. I have tried before, but I never seem to lose any weight. I just need to lose fat on my stomach..help!!!

do crunches for a half hour ach day up till the day your going and take like 2-3 minute breaks in between and cut down on the oily and fatty foods and the sugary foods and drinks and try more fruit and veggies and lots and lots of water i lost a lot of weight in the first month.
