Plain old acne face wash will work on your body, too. Invest in a back brush if you don't have one already, and wash daily in the shower. Neutrogena makes a body wash specifically for body acne, but it's not necessary to buy a new product if you already have one for your face.
Also, try to reach around and put spot treatment on zits you can reach, to help them heal faster. Good luck!

The best you can really do in the short term is to keep your skin clean. There are many rumored causes of acne (stress, unhealthy eating, ect) that may cause it, but I'm no doctor so I can't say for sure. Most people naturally have acne during puberty. If it bothers you too much, go see a doctor about prescription acne medication. It's not hard to get, but all of the medicines have side effects.
