Okay I tried video chatting with someone about five minutes ago
And this parental controls thing came up, blocking the video request
Thats never happened before
And my parents cant get on my computer cause it needs a password to sign on
Which they dont know
So how can I fix this?

It's possible that your parents are exercising parental control through your internet service provider. The controls aren't on your computer, but more like they're on the entire network.

Check through the settings of your AIM client to make sure you haven't accidentally turned on parental controls. Sometimes they're just on by default.
