Is the other person on speakerphone? Sometimes, when I'm talking to someone who's using speakerphone, their speaker picks up what I'm saying.

My dads phone does that all the time but we realized it was the way he was holding it. Try repositioning it when you talk or see if you cover up a certain button or receiver. Once he caught what he was doing, it stopped and if it ever start again I just tell him and he readjusts. Not sure if this can solve your problem too but it's worth a try.
