everytime a female "cums" or "gets wet" is that considered an orgasm?

'Cumming' is another way of saying orgasm, however getting wet is different.

You get wet at the start of sex so that it doesnt hurt when the penis is inserted. If the woman isnt wet, it would hurt a lot which is why you use foreplay before sex to create that wetness.

Getting wet is only for this reason, its unrelated to orgasms.
