Hi there,
You are really going to need to find people who follow the rodeo circuit. There are SO many new faces in rodeo every year that someone who doesn't live and breathe national rodeo couldn't possibly keep up with them all.
Here is my suggestion: Go into various rodeo forums and post this in an appropriate place. I am sure someone can help you.

Also, if you know what state it took place in, then search Google for a local website which caters to the rodeo events in that state.
"Texas rodeo", will bring up completely different sites than "Montana rodeo" will.
