Just let it go straight down your throat. Don't keep it in your mouth and then swallow. Just push your mouth down a little but further right when he cums and it will go down your throat instead of in your mouth.
Also, if it really bothers you or grosses you out, don't do it. I'm sure your boyfriend won't mind that much because a lot of girls won't swallow.
