Me and My boyfriend have completly different lives .... I have everything I could possibly ask for and I am protected alot which don't get me wrong I understand why and I am glad of this....
BUT
My Boyfriend however lives on a rough estate and is one of them people when watching a film parents are like "Never bring a boy like that home" But as a person (not where he comes from or who he is friends with) he is lovely and respectfull .... But even though this may be the case .... I won't be aloud to see him. It's happened before when I got close with a boy off the same estate.
If anyone has any advice on what I should do I would very much appreciate it.

If they get to know the person he is before they find out the details, they be more open-minded. You are going to be turning 18 so they can't tell you who you may date and who you may not. I know it may be tough but you need to prove to your parents that you are capable of being responsible and able to take care of yourself. Do little things around the house or even commit to an activity. It would make it easier if your bf got involved too like charity or starting a band etc. It shows that you can together, have a common interest, and also shows the great side of your boyfriend.
