i do mine that way :) first off, if youre planning on wearing foundation, put on all your mascara first. a great mascara is maybelline's "great lash" (its the pink tube with the green top) and give yourself 2-3 coats on on the top, and 1-2 on the bottom. wipe away any on your skin and under your eyes with a Q-tip. then line your upper lash line with black eyeliner (try wet 'n' wild) do the same for the bottom lash line - but sparingly. smudge the bottom eyeliner so it doesnt look so harsh. then pencil in your inner bottom lash line. sweep on a dark eyeshadow (M.A.C. works great.) but dont apply it too far up, you want to look like you know what your doing. then, if you want, add a LITTLE bit of eyeshadow over top of the eyeliner on your OUTER bottom lash line. you never want to go too heavy. and ta-da, your finished. again, if your planning on wearing mascara, put that on first, and foundation and powder second, and the eyeliner and shadow last. hope this helps you :) 17/f

It's all about eyeliner and mascara. Line your eyes with black eyeliner, on top and bottom. And put a lot of black mascara on your eyelashes. M.A.C. is a great brand.
