You are still a virgin. Fingering does not make a girl lose her virginity. There's no way of knowing whether or not your hymen broke. It might have, even though it didn't bleed. But mine didn't break until I lost my virginity.

You can't know for sure if your hymen has broken, unless you go to a gyno.
And no, you're still a virgin, you'll lose your virginity when a penis goes inside you, proper intercourse.
