Dematology is anything to do with skin, dermatologists are skin experts, spots,rashes, acne, psoriasis, you name it.

Good question. No. Dermatologists take care of skin.
Any skin, anywhere.

Not just acne, which most people associate them with, but scars, rashes, wrinkles, you name it. :)
