im 15/f and i have a crush on my bffs brother. hes cute (well to me at least) really good at sports, funny, and most of thetime immature but in a funny way. sometimes we would stare at eachothe for a little bit, but that is totally not a clue at all. he doesnt talk to that many girls and has never had a girlfriend before (i havent ever had a boyfriend before either) but he is totally not gay. he ignores the girls at schooln and only talks to the guys. when i go home with my bff he is always making rude comments about me. i mean ALWAYS! like he will call me a man or pot smoker (even tho i dont and would never do anything bad) you know just stuff to get on my nerves.(ps: i dont look like a man or anything like that hes just always really mean) idk why i like him, its just something that makes me want to be with him.i want to know why he is so mean. i wont even be doing anything to him and he'll say stuff like that out of the blue.. PS AGAIN: Its not just him that does it, its all of his couins too, seriously im like part of the family. Help please?

Ask your friend about it. She knows him better than you & can possibly give you some insight to it. Maybe she can even talk to him for you.
If she doesn't want to get involved (which is understandable, friends sometimes don't like to do so), then talk to him yourself. He should be able to tell you. To be honest though, he might just like you. Guys mature slower than girls do & this could just be his way of showing you how he feels. I know it's weird, but guys are weird. So it's not like it's out of the ordinary. Haha. I hope this helps. :) [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]
