pop up while working on hotmail stating a problem & closing the page

Question Posted Wednesday April 22 2009, 10:25 am

very often while opening an e-mail on hotmail I receive a pop up box stating there is some problem in MSN. It gives me three choices that is: Dbug, send a report and close. No matter which option I chose soon after it closes the site. If I drage the box to edge of screen I continue to work on e- mail and there is no problem. But i don't know why it happens and how to get out of this problem

Best thing to do is to tell hotmail that it is happening to you and see what their response is. Don't send a report, contact the 'team' through an e-mail and tell them exactly what is going on.

Also, you can try setting your browser to block pop-ups and see if that changes anything.

Hope this helped,
