I'm 21 years old and I've played soccer since I was five. I played in High School on JV for my freshman and sophmore years. I didn't play my Junior year. Then I moved and attended a really small school that only had one team instead of a JV and Varsity. It wasn't a great team. The next year I played for a Junior College, and again, the team was small and not great. I never played on any premier teams. In high school I was too lazy to really work to get better. I love soccer so much. All I've ever wanted to do is play pro. I'm ready to put in the work and I need some advice on how to get noticed by the right people and/or teams. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

It needs regular practice and I think you started good by playing soccer at the age of five, but you should have put some effort to continue working on improving your playing skills in high school also. Well, now if you are ready to work your way up to be one, then I hope its not to late for you. I would suggest you to be in contact with some good soccer coaches or managers who can make you train at the utmost level and make you play in those matches where pro selectors choose the best out of best. Put all your efforts in your training as well as real matches if you really wish to be a pro soccer player. You can use sportzly which is a sports team management website and this website will allow you to manage and organize all your activities during your training, practice and real matches. Its free so you don't need to lose your pocket for its brilliant services. Good Luck.... [ Ramneet's advice column | Ask Ramneet A Question ]

you can try that and see what happens.
but i guess for now try to get on a college team or play rec and just play and maybe a scout will turn up and try to recruit you.
