Weather question Does darkness/lightness have anything to do with weather? Cause like, I stayed up all night tonight. And it was storming when it was dark, and I didnt think anything of it. Then it started getting light and it seemed like it stopped storming. Then it started again later. But Idk, does that have anything to do with it?

It could have something to do with the clouds, too, in addition to what theymos said.
Usually when there's a storm, there are a lot of clouds out, for obvious reasons. When it's not storming, the clouds aren't as thick.
Then again, I'm not a meteorologist.
