new haircut

I have long wavy hair and I want to cut at least three inches off so its anywhere from right beneath my shoulders to maybe a little above that...any suggestions? (visuals preferred) thanks!

It's good to do somthing diffrent with a girl's hair. If you have curly,out of controlled,knots,and tangled up hair then a hair cut is good. If your hair is long and boring then a hair cut gives it volume and is less boring. I say,go for the hair cut!

Sorry I don't have any pictures, but what I like to do when I'm looking for a new hairstyle is go out and buy a hair magazine with lots of pictures of cuts and colors that are in style right now. That way you'll have plenty of options right before your eyes. You can go through and mark the ones you like for consideration.

a lot of times at salons there are magazines with a bunch of different hair cuts & styles.
or you could pick one up at a grocery/drug store. wherever magazines are sold.
