Tight stomach... Ok so im pretty average weight and i have a flat stomach its just not tight, and im really self consious about it and i was wondering what are the best ways to get a flat stomach pretty fast? Any ideas would be great! thanks =]

I also have a flat stomach but every now and then I want the toned look so what I do is lay on my back and then do a twisted crunch. Its like the usual crunch but you touch your right elbow to your left knee and vice versa. It works the center ab muscles and the sides. I'll do about 20 of them a day for a week or two and that seems to work for me. ]
Tens of thousands of crunches.
Lie flat on your back with your hands behind your head (like in a sit-up), contract your ab muscles, then rise up until you feel those muscles burn. Hold the position for five seconds, lie back, relax the muscles, and repeat.
I do this endlessly in the Army. Trust me, it works. ]
