What are the rules about legal curfews? I heard that if you're caught out after dark you'll get fined. Is this for people walking around, or driving? And what age?

When I was living in New York, there was a curfew depending on ages, days & what part of town you lived in. In some places, the curfew could've been city-wide. For us, it was that nobody under 16 could be out past 11 pm on any night & for weekends it was like 12 am or something. Then again, we had curfew because our crime rate among teens was really high & they wanted to make sure people were being responsible & not up to no good.
However, I live in California now & there is no curfew which I was actually really surprised about it. It's probably just best if you Google it. [ christina's advice column | Ask christina A Question ]

A. where you live
B. if your walking, or driving.
C. Age.
My best advice would be google your city name (or state name) with curfew.
SO for me it'd be Ohio's curfew. OR Cleveland's curfew.
